LyricaLife Intro...

Welcome to my new blog baby!

I am a very musically inclined person. I will not try to fool you into thinking that that means I am talented at any sort of musical instrument or anything to do with music. I was taking guitar lessons, until my guitar teacher hit on me, now I stare at my guitar and wish is to make beautiful music when I strum it. (It has yet to succumb to my wishes FYI)

I just like music a lot. As I know many people do.

I am not all artsy and shit. I don't like a lot of things to do with music. Like when people scream a lot. Or when people complain a lot. Or when "singers" don't or can't sing live.Ever.
I listen to it as often as possible. I probably like pop music way too much. I have a love for the classics. But they are my classics, not necessarily your classics.

I grew up playing the flute, until an awful wretched teacher told me I would never amount to anything much less a great flutist. If there is such a thing. She told me my hands were too small and I should just quit.

So I did. Luckily keyboards are not as hard to deal with, with my midget hands and all. So I am translating music into keystrokes.

Here is where I plan on showing you just how my life relates to the music that is made. I literally translate my life into lyrics sometimes. I hear tunes or melodies while running down the street. I write lyrics when I see two people walking hand in hand. It's just a part of my everyday life.
I have strong ties with certain songs, certain artists and I am a loyal listener. I recently discovered my love for karaoke. No not other people singing. Me. I have found my voice.

And that is why this little gem was created. Songs race through my mind. I hear them and I think of things. And that is where Lyrical Life comes in.


But enough about me.
