I have this image in my head. It was placed there by a best friend of mine way back in high school.

Let me give you the visual...

There I am, super long brown hair that is a bit dusty and windblown, standing with a simple wife beater and black leather skirt on. Red high heels of course. Tanned skin glistening in the sun. Smoke rising from my uber sexy muscle car behind me. It has left me stranded and gazing under the hood hoping to come to some other conclusion than that I am on the side of a desolate road in the middle of no where, about to lift my thumb or start the long walk with a gas can in hand. Instead. A devilish smile emerges as I turn the music on in the car. It can only be one thing. Christina Aguilera.
And then, the desolate road turns into a busy thoroughfare. Car after car passing by asking if they can help but I refuse, realizing I will be just fine as long as I have her.

Seriously. My best friends told me long ago, they could see me standing on the side of the road just rocking out to XTINA. And I took it as nothing other than a compliment. She is awesome. And this won't be the last time a song of hers is on this here Blog.
